A Site Safety Manager Who Works With Your Crew
On a commercial job, the site safety manager is the person who keeps the safety program working day to day: walking the site, keeping inspections and orientation records current, helping foremen plan the riskier tasks before they start, and making sure the paperwork an owner or general contractor asks for is ready when they ask. Knowing the standards is part of it, but far more of the job is people, relationships, and follow-through, and that's the part we hire for.
When something on site isn't right, our safety managers stop that task and raise it with the foreman or project leadership so it gets fixed. They don't take over your crew and they don't shut your project down; they work alongside your superintendent and foremen so the work keeps moving safely.

Every project has a different shape, so we plan coverage around yours rather than a standard package.

From Your Request to Someone on Site
It starts with a few details from you: the expected duration, weekly hours including any nights or weekends, the credentials your owner or general contractor requires, anything specific to the work such as a competent person in a particular area, and your start date. Once questions are answered on both sides, we come back with potential placements. We won't promise you a name before that, because the right person depends on your scope, your schedule, and your site.
We put together the resumes, training records, and certs for every placement we make, so whatever your owner or general contractor asks to see goes in complete and on time.
We're a small business, which gives us more flexibility on schedules, durations, and coverage than a large staffing firm usually has, and you work directly with the people who manage the placement. If the job changes, the coverage can change with it.
