Written for the Field, Not the Shelf
A safety program that lives in a binder nobody opens doesn't protect anyone. We write in plain language, keep forms short enough to fill out on a tailgate, and match the program to the size of your company, so a small crew isn't carrying paperwork written for a national firm. When the program is done, we can walk your supervisors through it so they know what's in it and why.
The program stays yours. We recommend, you decide, and the finished program describes how your company chooses to work. We're glad to come back and help you update it as your work changes, whether that's a new trade, a first federal contract, or a jump in crew size.
Optimum Safety is led by Kali Irvin, CSP, CHST (both through BCSP), currently an SSHO on a federal construction project under EM 385-1-1. We're a small business, so you work directly with the people writing your program.
