Founder - Client Relations With nearly a decade of experience in construction safety, Kali founded the company on a simple belief: your ability to communicate with every team member on the project from the executives to the apprentices is as critical as the knowledge carried of any safety standard. Drawing from a background in education, Kali brings a people-first approach to safety management - building relationships with clients and crews that make compliance feel less like a checklist and more like a culture of doing the right thing. A hands-on presence in the field, backed by a disciplined focus on risk management. Kali holds BCSP, EM 385, and OSHA certifications and leads with the conviction that the best safety outcomes start long before anyone sets foot on a jobsite.
