How We Work
Field First, Relationship Driven
Safety work is mostly in the field and sometimes at a desk. We spend our time with your superintendents, foremen, and crews, because a program only works when the people running the work believe in it.
When we find something, we tell you what, where, and why it matters, and we leave the decisions about how your crews work with you. Findings are only useful if your team can find them and fix them, so every one of them points at a place.
We work alongside your team, not over it. We're a small business, which gives us more flexibility on schedules, durations, and coverage than a large firm usually has, and you work directly with the people doing the work.
